[Return Period]
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).

Items must meet the following criteria:

• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided

2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
3. Obtain Return Address: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Ship Back the Item(s): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund within 10 business days.

[Refund Method]
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

[Special Circumstances]
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately upon receiving the item(s); we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
• Customized Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
